Here’s what this app does
Upscal’s Windows video app enlarges video dimensions by two times and supports workflows targeting higher-resolution output. Batch processing, progress indicators, estimated remaining time, and comparison views help users work through multiple clips.
The publisher’s current website states that the core offline image and video enhancement workflow is free, without a subscription or hidden license fee. Microsoft Store still labels the video app as offering in-app purchases. Their product names and prices were not exposed in the public view, so this record makes no claim that every optional feature is free.
Enhancement runs locally, with no account required for processing. The exact Microsoft Store product linked in the Reddit post is the Windows video app. Other Upscal products have separate store IDs and have not been merged into this record.
