Payback organizes money given, received, and spent in one ledger. It tracks balances between people, partial settlements, equal or custom expense splits, recurring entries, bills, reminders, and transaction history.
The checked iOS listing is free and shows no in-app purchases. The developer describes offline use without a required account or bank connection. Sign in with Apple is optional rather than a prerequisite for the core records.
Local backup export and import are available, along with optional encrypted iCloud backups. Sharing a person's summary is a deliberate user action. This app tracks records; it is not a payment service and does not automatically settle debts.
